Severn AC news – Forest Trail Autumn HM & 5K
Following on from the new personal best times achieved at Cheltenham today Club athlete David Howells (v50) took part in the Half Marathon and finished in 52nd place with a time of 1:32:33. In the 5K distance, Sandra Brown (LV55) finished in 63rd place with a time of 29:07.
Severn AC news – Green Man Ultra
In this years Green Man ultra in Bristol, two Severn AC athletes challenged themselves to complete the 45 mile distance race. 1st home in 52nd place was Neil Taylor (v45) in a time of 9:41:08. Next up finishing in 79th place was Barry Thomas in a time of 10:17:12.
