Training is currently held on a Monday and Wednesday evening at 18:00. Both training sessions are held by coach Bob Cytlau. We welcome runners to attend either session for a trial and all abilities can be accommodated. There is no need to book into any sessions and runners are invited to turn up 5 minutes before the session starts.
Monday Night – Interval training, comprising of 750m to 1.5k efforts
Location – Barnett Way, Barnwood, GL4 3RT. Parking is available at Sainsbury’s.
Wednesday Night – Interval or Hill training, comprising of 2.4k efforts or multiple Kenyan hills
Location – Kenilworth Avenue, GL2 0QN. Parking is on road.
