Training is currently held on a Monday at 17:45 and Wednesday at 17:30. Both training sessions are held by coach Bob Cytlau. We welcome runners to attend either session for a trial and all abilities can be accommodated. There is no need to book in advance. However, if we know you are coming we will wait for you. Runners are invited to turn up 5 minutes before the session starts.
Monday Night – Interval training. Typical sessions range from 750m reps, Pyramids to 3k efforts.
Location – Barnett Way, Barnwood, GL4 3RT. Parking is available at Sainsbury’s.
Wednesday Night – Interval or Hill training. Typical sessions include 180m hill sprints, 500m/1km reps to 2.4k efforts or multiple Kenyan hills.
Location – Kenilworth Avenue, GL2 0QN. Parking is on road.
