Monday, Barnwood, 1745hrs start – 2 x 1 mile efforts, 8 x short half laps (750m)

Wednesday, Kenilworth Ave, start 1730hrs – 5 x 1km, 10 x 500m

If you are interested in trying any of the sessions please email the club (severnathleticclub@gmail.com) by Sunday evening or arrive 10 minutes before the start. All sessions are free.
