
Severn Athletic Club’s Alex Rawlings maintains his purple patch of setting pb’s. Five days after breaking the 9 minute barrier for 3000 Metres on the track he ran a 12 second pb in the Hereford 5 Kilometre Road Race placing 7th in 14:59. “I stayed with the pace almost all the way, a sub 15 minute 5K was a season target”.

Seb Clarke has had a good start to his track season. At the Gloucestershire County Championships he ran a PB in the 1500 Metres with a time of 4:31:8. He followed this with a seasons best time of 2:10:69 in the 800 Metres at the BMC PB Classic(Street) event.
Imran Hassanjee also competed in this year’s Boston UK marathon, helping to pace a fellow athlete he finished in 207th place with a time of 3 hours, 17 minutes and 49 seconds.
