5 members traveled down to Bristol to compete in the Bitton 5K. Qst home was Will Richmond in 3rd place with a time of 17:38, next in and achieving a seasons best in 7th place was Adrian England(V40) in 18:43(sb), Kevin Probyn(V50) continued his strong performance in the last few months finishing with a new personal best of 21:40(pb) in 35th place, in 56th place was George Scully(V65) 25:14 & finally in 69th was John James(V65) 33:22. 69 ran.

Two of Severn’s athletes also competed in the Sharpness Ultra 50k. The route following the length of the canal out to Sharpness and then finishing back by the Historic Gloucester Docks. Finishing in 4th place was Imran Hassanjee(V40) with a time of 4:43:25. He was followed closely behind by recent new signing Stephen Shields(V50) who finished in 7th place with a time of 4:56:03.

Dorney Lake Half Marathon: 31st Tim Perkins 1:37:25. 255 ran.

Fairford 10K: 83rd Kevin Probyn(V50) 46:26(pb), 89th Greg Leyshon(V/65) 46:47, 154th George Scully(V65) 52:03 & 341st John James(V65) 1:19:50. 346 ran.

Minchinhampton 7.2 Mile: 8th Matt Atkins(3/V40) 46:00 & 64th Greg Leyshon(2/V65) 58:00. 129 ran

Richard Chapman-Brown(V40) maintained his excellent record of high placings in South London Parkruns when second at South Norwood with a time of 19:07. 148 ran.
