Severn Athletic Club’s Gary Hope(V50), now recovered from his good London Marathon performance was second and first over 50 in the Bradley Stoke Multi-Terrain 10K with a time of 36:13. 545 ran.
Two of Severn’s athletes also competed in the Sharpness Ultra 50k. The route following the length of the canal out to Sharpness and then finishing back by the Historic Gloucester Docks. Finishing in 4th place was Imran Hassanjee(V40) with a time of 4:43:25. He was followed closely behind by recent new signing Stephen Shields(V50) who finished in 7th place with a time of 4:56:03.
