A week after competing in the Gloucestershire Schools Track & Field Championship 3000 metre race in a time of 09:49:06 Alex Rawlings(JM15-17) returned to the road in the quality Speedway 10K at Chepstow. In a race won by Matt Clowes(Cardiff AC) in a time of 29:55 he finished 62nd in 36:36.
