Severn AC member Neil Taylor(V50) has completed two triathlons in a week. His 1st was last weekend(18/5/2019) at the Lisbon Middle Distance Triathlon finishing in a time of 3:02:45 with splits of 48:30(1600m swim), 1:28:48(45K bike) & 39:09(10k run). He then followed this up with the City Of Gloucester Sprint Triathlon(26/5/2019) which was held at Brockworth Leisure Centre. Neil finished in 48th place in a time of 1:29:44 with splits of 11:30(400m swim), 49:55(28km bike) & 25:37(6km run).

In the last race of the 2018/19 Weston Prom series, Chris Brown was 6th in 29:03. He finished 3rd senior man & 5th overall in the series.

At the Worcester Pitchcroft 10K John James(V65) was 183rd in 1:15:11. 188 ran.

In Parkuns Severn AC members continue achieving good results. New vet40 Adrian England won his age group in 5th place overall with a course PB of 18:43 at Kingsway. Peter Stephens ran a course and Parkrun PB of 16:53 placing 4th, also at Kingsway. Alex Rawlings came 1st in a course PB of 16:39 at Severn Bridge & course PB’s for Tim Perkin at Gloucester North & Pratik Pradhan at Gloucester City.

Gloucester City: 6th Dave Clarke(1/V45) 19:28, 10th Alex Jenkins 20:30, 15th Pratik Pradhan(3/V45) 21:03(course PB) & 213th Farook Mota(V45) 57:13(tail runner). 213 ran.

Gloucester North: 8th Tim Perkin 20:01(course PB), 24th Neil Taylor(V45) 23:40 & 122nd Sandra Brown(V60) 34:29. 151 ran.

Kingsway: 4th Peter Stephens 16:53(Parkrun PB), 5th Adrian England(1/V40) 18:44(course PB), 23rd Mark Edgeworth(2/V40) 21:51, 62nd Tracey Brenton(LV45) 25:01, 74th George Scully(1/V65) 26:00, 89th Phil Reece(V55) 26:44, 187th Pauline Barnes(LV55) 33:25 & 207th John James(V65) 35:58. 246 ran.

Phomphrey Hill: 3rd Gary Hope(1/V50) 18:17. 359 ran.

South Norwood: 3rd Richard Chapman-Brown(2/V40) 19:27. 167 ran.

Severn Bridge: 1st Alex Rawlings(JM15-17) 16:39(course PB), 73rd Les Davis(1/V75) 23:49 & 84th Emma Rawlings(LV45) 24:28. 310 ran.
