Training week beginning 26th:

Monday – *Something for the Speedsters* 12 x half laps (short)

Wednesday – *Big Dave’s Faves* 2 x big loops and *Something for the youngsters* 5 x 500m

You know the score. Sign up by Sunday evening, we start at the designated time or earlier if everyone who has signed up have arrived 👊
