Wednesday, Kenilworth Ave, 1730hrs – *Some Northern Grit* , 10 x 1 km reps with 2 mins recovery
Also on Wednesday something for those starting up – (1 x 1 km, 4 x 500m, 2 mins recovery between reps) x 2
