Severn AC are sad to announce the passing of Steve McHale. Steve passed away on 10th February after a short illness.
In the 70s-80s Steve was one of the County’s best endurance runners and was selected to run for England with a best time of 2:19:19 in the Marathon. Later on in life Steve became a local council member for Gloucester.
HIs funeral is to be held at Gloucester Crematorium at 3.30pm on Friday Feb 26th and donations are being invited for the Sue Ryder charity in his memory.
