Following his age group win and personal best in the Bourton 10K last week, Severn Athletic Club’s John Withers maintained his dominance of the 55-59 age group in local 5K Parkruns. He was first home in his age category when sixth at Gloucester City in 19:57. Club mate Andy Monro(V50) broke the 20 minute barrier at the Berkeley Green event when 14th in 19:58.
