Parkruns resumed this week after the cold snowy spell.
Severn Athletic Club’s best performer was Chris Brown who placed second in 17:38 at the Gloucester City Parkrun. He was followed home in 14th place by new club mate Adrian England in 21:16. 77 ran.
At Dulwich his elder brother Rich was 28th in 19:36 and dad Andy 58th, first vet 55 in 21:11. Mum Sandra(LV55) was 247th in 30:11. 307 ran.
Greg Leyshon led the over 65’s home at Kingsway placing 32nd in 24:16 followed by 86th Kevin Probyn(V50) 28:18 & 121st John James(V65) in 31:16. 202 ran.
A pleasing revival was the theme of reports at Severn Athletic Club’s AGM. In their first season after deciding to continue Severn were silver medalists in the Birmingham Cross-Country League Division Three.
