With the lockdown still holding, Severn Athletic Club’s mens team captain Jame Rose organised a virtual team 5K relay race. Six teams led by selected captains and three runners drawn from the hat, each had to complete an individual 5K run on a course of their own choice.
Team 3 without doubt won the bragging rights, with three of the other teams in close proximity to each other just 33 seconds apart.
Next up, a virtual 5K handicap race.
