
Severn Athletic Club’s long distance runners were out in full force at the Gloucester 20. All the runners had entered soon to be marathons and following their cancellations put in superb performances smashing PB’s or making great 20 mile race debuts.
Leading the Severn runners home, club captain James Rose with a 3 minute 33 second personal best. Running with James until the last 3 miles, next home Chris Brown with a 10 mimute 10 second PB. Making their distance debuts, Dave Clarke & Dave Howells ran and crossed the finishing line together. Next home Pratik Pradhan with a 14 minute 44 second PB followed by Tracey Brenton with a 2 minute 11 second PB. Distance debuts for Kevin Probyn & Katie Davenport with Greg Leyshon finishing second Vet70 & setting a club age group record.
