Two Severn Athletic Club members took on the challenge of The Selsley Sizzler, the second of three race Trailmania 10K series. The route took in the beautiful Cotswold countryside on the edge of King’s Stanley, through Middleyard and the elevation to the top of Selsley Common.

Dave Clarke secured a podium position finishing in third and first Vet 40. Dave Howells won the Vet 50 prize finishing in 5th place. Results: 3 Dave Clarke 1/V40 52:30, 5th Dave Howells 1/V50 55:37. 43 ran.

Bourton 1 mile: 66th Kevin Probyn V50 6:27, 98th Greg Leyshon V65 7:07 & 132nd John James 3/V70 9:28. 141 ran.

Blaisdon 10K: 44 Kevin Probyn V50 46:23, 59 Greg Leyshon 3/V65 48:35, George Scully V65 53:06 & 130 John James 3/V70 73:57 (SB). 133 ran.

Parkruns:

Bushy: 84 Pratik PRADHAN VM45 20:40, 191 Farook MOTA VM45 22:31, 213 Imran Hassanjee 22:44. 1231 ran.

Gloucester North: 12 Neil TAYLOR 1/VM50 22:23, 75 Sandra BROWN 1/VW60 30:11 & 91 David HOWELLS VM50 33:01(pacer). 115 ran.
