Severn AC’s James Rose competed in this Sunday’s big dipper race which was held near Hereford. James finished in 3rd place with a time of 37:42 on which was a very underulating course.

The overall winner was Barry Reynolds (Hereford) who finished in a time of 35:45. 60 athletes competed.
