Severn Athletic Clubs Rich Brown ran a Parkrun course PB at Dulwich on Christmas Morning. He ran 18:10 to finish 9th of the 300 runners.
Two days before he placed 3rd in 19:17 at the Crystal Palace Parkrun. 220 ran.
Club captain Steve Hale(V40) led home his team mates for the first time for four years in the Kingsway Parkrun. He ran 20:21 for 13th place followed by 16th Andy Brown(V55) 20:32, 53rd Greg Leyshon(V65) 23:34, 84th Kevin Probyn(V50) 25:44 & 164th John James(V65) 31:10. 248 ran.
Severn Athletic Clubs star young athlete distance runner Kyran Hale has broken his leg playing football. He has had the break pinned and has started the long road to recovery. He has recently became a father for the first time and all the club members wish him all the best on both events.
