Severn Athletic Club super veteran Les Davis continues to impress at the age of 74. He was 24th in the Lydney Parkrun 5K in 23:22, breaking his own course best for the third time.

His grandson Alex Rawlings(JM11-14) was third in 19:18 and daughter Emma was 46th in 25:42. 127 ran.

Other Parkrun performances:

Kingsway: 54th Kevin Probyn(V45) 23:21, 56th Greg Leyshon(V65) 23:23, 62nd Phil Reece(V50) 23:58 & 103rd John James(V65) 27:28. 243 ran.

Gloucester North: 16th Andy Brown(V55) 21:57 & 176th Dave Blackburn(V70) 49:37. 180 ran.

Gloucestershire AAA CC Championships is the recommended date of  6 Jan 2018 at Old Down Country Park.

Entry forms will be available mid-August as will online entry on entrycentral.com . Enter as individuals and we will collate the team entry when we compile the results. Fees are £4 a race or £12 for the series of 4 if entered by September 30th.
